Prema&nbsp; dostupnim podacima koje smo dobili na najpopularnijim oglasnicima za prodaju\/potra\u017enju nekretnina pokazuju kako potencijalni kupci ipak pokazuju ve\u0107i interes&nbsp;za novim stanovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Najva\u017enija prednost kupovine stana u novogradnji je ta \u0161to naja\u010de\u0161\u0107e ne &nbsp;treba ra\u010dunati na dodatna ulaganja za adaptaciju i popravke, dok&nbsp;kod starogradnje to nije slu\u010daj.<br><br><\/li><li>Garancija na kvalitetu, \u010disti \u201epapiri\u201c, energetska u\u010dinkovitost, osiguran parking, kao i mogu\u0107a prilagodba prostora prema \u017eeljama budu\u0107ih stanara \u2013 samo su neki od razloga zbog kojih kupci radije biraju&nbsp;stanove u novogradnji.<br><br><\/li><li>Kada je rije\u010d o prednostima novogradnje nad starijim stanovima,&nbsp;uvijek vrijedi izreka \u201eNovo je novo\u201c. Danas novogradnja ima jednu veliku prednost, a to je da ukoliko \u017eelite nov stan, mo\u017eete ga kupiti u izgradnji i tada je izbor stanova najve\u0107i.<br><br><\/li><li>Prednost takvog stana je \u0161to&nbsp;detalje oko zavr\u0161nog ure\u0111enja&nbsp;u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva mo\u017eete dogovoriti s investitorom i izvo\u0111a\u010dima radova. Pod time mislimo na npr.&nbsp;odabir keramike\u201c, ve\u0107ina investitora dozvoljava kupcu da izme\u0111u nekoliko opcija boja izabere onu koju njemu najbolje odgovara. Mogu\u0107e je dogovoriti i ne\u0161to \u0161to nije u opciji odabira investitora, uz kup\u010devu nadoplatu, isto vrijedi i za&nbsp;podne obloge,&nbsp;boje zidova, eventualni razmje\u0161taj rasvjetnih tijela,&nbsp;grija\u0107ih tijela&nbsp;(naravno ukoliko je razmje\u0161taj istih mogu\u0107). \u201eMogu\u0107e je dogovoriti&nbsp;ne postavljanje pojedinih pregradnih zidova&nbsp;ili pak postavljanje dodatnih.&nbsp;Zamjena kade s tu\u0161 kabinom&nbsp;i sl. Naravno ukoliko je svo to zaista i mogu\u0107e provesti u praksi.\u201c<br><br><\/li><li>Uz sve navedeno,&nbsp;nove zgrade imaju bolju izolaciju,&nbsp;stolariju&nbsp;i op\u0107enito bi trebale biti&nbsp;gra\u0111ene boljim i kvalitetnijim materijalima.
